Summary
This is a classic game remade, and it plays out really well. There are loads of pets, weapons, skills and more to unlock as you play a tactical shooter where you have to remove your opponents while keeping yourself safe. Enjoy an array of fun missions and pvp content where you can reminisce about an older style of game that never lost its appeal.
Gameplay
After you login you are given a choice of 2 characters, a female Blazing Knight on the path of light and the slightly darker Inquisitor Knight who will stop at nothing to achieve victory. Once you make your choice you are taken straight into the game, where you go on a quest to stop the demons from winning. In the process you discover the gods have turned away and you must save the day.
From here you are on your adventure, and you can choose to have the game auto complete quests for you or to play yourself manually. As you progress through the quests you are given you will find more of the story, as well as receive a batch of rewards such as gear or tools for forging and upgrading your gear. This all counts towards your Fighting Capacity, or FC. this value determines how good you are in a fight and how tough you are overall. The higher the FC the tougher and better your character is.
There are also several good bonuses that you can find such as Wings, Mounts and something called the Kindling. This is a special path that you follow, and every few levels it has its own rewards that increase your FC. Once you reach level 30 you can start to improve your gear with forging and join or create a guild. Guilds give you a lot of benefits the higher the level they are, and playing contributes to this total.
There are also lots of other activities for you to enjoy, such as solo dungeons with epic rewards, group dungeons and at higher levels there are guild raids. You can also take part in PvP battles and try to top the ranks there. You also unlock the power of Demons and their souls as well as the final ability to become a god yourself.
The main currency of the game is coins, and these are spent on a variety of things such as forging and upgrading your skills. There are also special items, tomes and such that are needed and these can be found in the daily rewards, special events or purchased with diamonds. Diamonds are the premium currency of the game and will allow you to purchase many of the needed items and gain VIP status.
The ui is sometimes cluttered with the things that you can do and special offers, though most of this can be cleaned up as you go or by hiding the menus. There being only 2 classes with very similar play styles can be a bit restrictive, and this is almost the same as many of the other autoplay MMO games. Though there are some nice features here that make it more interesting to play.
Community
As this is a brand new game there are not many people playing yet, though there are guilds you can join and take part in a variety of group activities. Outside of the game there is an official forum and the beginnings of the web pages and wikis you would expect from a new MMO.
Graphics/Sound
For a new game, this can actually feel a little disappointing. Though there are a lot of bright combat moves, and the design is clean there is unfortunately nothing new. Though to compensate you do have a lot of cool animations for your character, and the designs inside of the mounts, wings and your look are pretty good. All in all you have a reasonable experience for a browser based MMO.
Conclusion
There are lots of little things that can make this game a lot of fun to play, there are lots of ways to power your characters, and the solo dungeons and group raids can give a host of good rewards. Overall a fun game to play with a lot of story to be told, and the ability to become a god is a fun little twist too.
